Whilst we focus on building homes in the Highlands and Cairngorm National Park, our homes are available throughout Scotland and are built to the highest specification - from design through to completion. We have completed housing schemes from Ayr and Auchterarder, to Cupar, Inverness and Munlochy, all with the same exacting attention to detail. About Us

Wilburn Homes was conceived between Patrick Burns, Managing Director of Wilburn Properties a Commercial Investment and Development Company based in Edinburgh and Harry McKay, Aviemore Local House Builder and has expanded to become a house builder capable of building 75 houses per year in the early years.

Today, we build in excess of 100 houses per year in the Speyside Area via our in house construction team and a further 100 residential units by way of selective Contractors.

Throughout the Company every individual has an important role to play in delivering the new home we expect you to receive. From our Joiners to our Directors and to our Contractors, we expect quality and attention to detail throughout the house building process.

Albeit we build our own homes in Speyside and surrounds, we are continuing to seek sites throughout Scotland. Our development team is proficient and knowledgeable in delivering land values from contaminated, brownfield and infill sites and unlike other house builders, we can deal with the very small right through to the very large sites.
